- Third-Party Data: Property details are sourced from third-party services using the address from your scan or location.
- Free vs. Premium: Free users get one property estimate. Premium users access insights for increasing value (sellers) or negotiating deals (buyers).6. Your Rights and Choices- Location Access: Location is required for address estimation. You’ll be prompted to enable it; denying access prevents appraisals.

- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from non-essential emails via links in our messages.
